DANIEL and KATY’s nuptials are this coming Fall and I couldn’t be more excited!  I met them summer 2018 as they took a chance with me and booked a last minute session at a local sunflower field.  Our first order of business during that session was lots of mosquito repellant because it was August and they were flying rampant.  I was thrilled when I received an email from Katy and she booked another session at the Christmas Tree Farm in December.  They were so adorable nuzzled up together to keep warm with a mug of hot chocolate in hand.  After their session, they asked me to photograph their wedding and I got chills.  What an honor!

We chose Jefferson Memorial as our location. It was a beautiful afternoon.  And despite all the tourists, we were able to capture some wonderful and intimate moments.  We even got a surprise visit from Marine One and it’s entourage as it flew over the airspace.  The perks of living in our nation’s capital. We then walked a little ways to the Tidal Basin and spent some time there taking in the sights and enjoy this beautiful city.
